The key objective of the policies of Elux is protecting environment and reducing harmful emissions. Development activities are geared towards the implementation of luminaries with higher efficiency and advanced light sources with inteligent management. As a reresult Elux luminaires are energy efficient.Another key aim is to desing the luminaries in a way that is reducing the cost of materials and energy neaded for production compromising on the light output of the fixuters.
Since 2007 at Elux two programs are underway which directly aim at environmental protection: „Waste Management Program for Electrical and Electronic Equipment“ and „Waste Management Program“.
